Zafira window washers not working

hi everyone. My Zafira is a 2011 1.8 petrol and the windscreen washers have stopped working. The reservoir is full but no water is coming out. I can't hear the motor when I pull the washer stick on the steering column so guessing the pump may have gone? I have checked the fuse box under the bonnet and the fuse is intact, but wondered if there was any other fuse box?

Any ideas are welcome as I'm not that mechanically minded.

Sounds like the pump motor needs replacing then .

The fluid in the bottle could still be frozen meaning the pump will not spin and make a sound, this was the case with mine although it did correctly blow the 10 amp fuse

Have you checked the right fuse it will be either F7 or F8 under bonnet UEC depending what rear fusebox you have.

Take a good look as being mini fuses mine was hard to spot if blown

Mine is all working now as the warm 8 Celsius temp down here thawed it soon enough

Thank you for the replies guys, I've just been looking on someother threads and they say that the owners manual have the fuses labelled wrongly, so I've checked what's apparently the right fuse and low and behold it's blown! So I'll replace it and see if it works after that

If it still does not don't worry yourself as it will just still be frozen even if not in the bottle in the pipes and jets

It may blow the fuse again so have another spare

Just to let you all know it was the fuse,they've labelled them up wrong in the booklet!
