Windshield washer pump problem

Recently the rear windshield washers stopped working, but what's interesting, that when I activate the rear washers, the front ones stream water out instead, but far from as powerfully as when I send water to the front jets intentionally.

Today I removed the rubber tubes from both rear washer jets, cleaned the jets, also checked whether water comes out on any of the tubes, no water came out on the rear tubes, only on the front ones, weakly.

It smells like the problem is in the common rear line close to the pump, or could it be the pump itself?

For a throughout cleaning - how do you suggest to remove not just the pump but the whole washer bottle-pump assy, toward the front by removing the bumper or towards the wheel well?

Did you manage to get this fixed? I bought a Trafic the other day that also has this problem, just wondered if/how you'd managed to fix it before I go pulling things apart!
Cheers,
Nick
I haven't got around to do it then it got cold, it has to wait till the spring. Meanwhile when I need it I just use the wiper without washer, basically most of the time it is enough to wipe the rear windshield only once on a given day. (But before I'll do it, I will have to get a few black plastic clips for the wheel well because it's been sad that they break when you remove them most of them time.
