Can anyone identify what the part is with the anti clockwise arrows? What is it & what is it’s purpose please? It is situated beside the intake airbox.
My Vivaro has a bolt pushed into the pipe, instead of the part with the arrows.

doesn’t have this part, instead it has a bolt pushed into the end of the pipe.
