Vauxhall Combo 08 Rear Knocking - Suspension? Arm Bushes?

eyup guys, hope everyone is well.

I've started hearing a very faint (sometimes louder) knocking noise coming from the rear of my 08 Vauxhall Combo. I replaced the rear disks, calipers, carriers, shocks as it looked like the previous owner had done no maintenance to the van at all... however I am still getting a knocking noise.

The next piece of the puzzle is no doubt the rear axle bushes... I'm going to video record under the rear tomorrow with a go pro so hopefully, it will help anyone advise me.

If anyone has had experience please let me know!

Jack it up and support it safely so the wheels are hanging free. Then use a pry bar to see how much movement is in the bushes by prying the trailing arms against the housing they pivot in. Some movement will be normal but you will soon see if they are worn excessively.
Mine creak and groan but aren't worn enough to change them.
A few videos on YouTube show how to check them and then replace them - look for Zafira rather than Combo - the set up is essentially the same.

Cheers mate, took it in the garage to my mate and he said the bushes are knackered but no play in them to make that noise..... We thought it was the rear shocks as if you look at my Insta @Thediyadventure the previous owner done FK all to it!!
