P2002 limp mode

Hello i have a corsa d 1.3cdti 55kw
i have this code p2002 for 6 months it comes and goes
my readings on scanmyopel with obd2 are 0kpa at idle sometimes 1-3 and when i accelarate hard with 5th gear at 140klm/h the differential pressure goes up to 35..in normal driving sits at 5kpa is this normal?
44% saturation in 300klm after last regen the sensor is new beacause everyone changing first the sensor with p2002 codes.. the car is fine now lots of power nothing strange..opel checked the car 2 days ago and they told me if pop up the light (car spaner ) again then you have to change EGR beacause that causes the problem.. me i have clean egr one week ago but nothing happen sluggish and limp mode with light on.. after a good run in the motorway withz limp mode light goes away..i parked the car ad take it after 2 days all back to normal and also the power is back.. i have no clue what happend..

Maybe he only cleaned the top of the valve where the solenoid sits..this would make the valve work better.. you then drove it on the 40klm trip which may have cleaned the carbon build up from the lower part of the valve, where the valve seats, if its running ok now then put some cleaner in and just monitor it for now, hopefully it will be ok.,

he made 6 hours..because the valve in the corsa d is difficult operation..he then removed the hall valve out and cleaned with carbon cleaner..he cleaned also (without remove)the intake and the throtle body because also have carbon build up.. therefore is strange that this not made anything in first place..i will take your advise and put a cleaner..

The differential pressure sensor readings look ok, whats the definition of the P2002 code, the are 3.. High differential pressure, Low differential pressure and Regeneration cycle interrupted, going by your description i would say its the regen cycle interrupted.
today after 50klm in autoroute limp mode again and same code p2002 high differential pressure.. i erased the code and it came back after 10klm i erased again.. i think its not egr but the filter itself.. now 690klm at 70% saturation for me is normal but pressure is 2-4kpa at idle sometimes 1kpa

The pressures are high..if it keeps flagging the fault it may not do a regen, if thats the case the do a static one, once this is completed drive it on the road to initiate a dynamic regen, this should then cure the fault.
When you erase the fault it will take a while for the ecu to figure out the pressures to high, this is ok but keep an eye on the saturation level..you really need to try and make it regen.

Before you do anything else you need to check your oil level, if your saturation level is going up and down like you say then it must be trying to regen but then after a short while its failing, this will dump diesel from the failed regen into the sump, if it gets to high the engine will runaway and destroy itself.

If the differential pressure in the screen shot above is correct then its way to high at idle, you either have a failed sensor or the df is blocked and needs cleaning or a regen.. do you know anyone who can manually check the dpf back pressure with a gauge rather than relying on the sensor.

after regen andyl.. 17% satur..0kpa and 3kpa at 2500rpm..at 4000rpm 7kpa.. after 81% saturation i put diesel 25litre et apre 2klm the temp of exsaust up to 700c quickly..and it regen
