Hi:
I hope someone can help me with my non start issue on my Movano 2001 2.2 dti G9T722 engine code
I bought it as a non runner apparently just cut out in traffic and would not restart.
I towed it back after approx 10mins ignition on for lights I decided to try and bump start it, off it went! ran it for another 10 mins then disconnected the tow bar and drove it 1 mile home.
Next day started 1st time
Next morning started 1st time left it running after approx 45 mins it stalled and has not started since.
My scanner a wurth wow with live data reads fuel pump relay inactive, 0.0 bar fuel pressure
I have located the pump relay and it is not being energised by the ecu, when I energise ot manually I get the low pressure pump operating and fuel comes out of the filter bleed. crank it over but still no fuel pressure.
I have changed the fuel rail pressure regulator, still no start.
The three wires to the regulator I have earth on 1 plus 2.6 volts on 2 and 5 volts on 3 with the connector loose.
I have check continuity on the wire from the FP Relay to the ecu it is ok
Any thoughts and help please.
