Hiya folks! My first post, be gentle

So last July I got a new clutch fitted at by a garage, to cut a long story short the cocked it up a couple of times and I kept taking it back
because it wasn't, eventually the they got it going but ever since the clutch has felt heavy and in a quick(ish) gear change the pedal
stick momentarily when returning, if I slowly let of the pedal I can feel it still trying to stick.

I have no intention of returning to the same garage and was wondering if this is a (kinda) simple case of just bleeding the system?

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Fitted a new one, picked it up and the biting point was literally on the floor, had to stand on the pedal to change, guy said it would settle in a few days, a few days later and no difference, said
I was bringing it back, on that journey it kept selecting the wrong gear (linkage nuts not done up properly, locking nut fallen off) anyway they played with it and it felt better, got about one mile
down the road and the gearbox spat its guts out on the road, got them to recover it, so they say, they fitted a new clutch and master cylinder and its been drivable since, just doesn't feel like
it should, like I said, heavy pedal and sticks on return.

Nah, its all correct parts according to the paperwork, they replaced the one that fell apart with another new one. It's just the sticky clutch pedal i want fixed now, besides being heavier than I remember it doesn't stick on the way down or stay down when depressed, just halfway up on the return.

As this was done by a garage, the job should be guaranteed for twelve months, so you need to go back and complain.
Try looking to see if the garage is a member of a trade association, that may give you more power to get it put right.
