The little black box powers up when connected and flashes blue light when your pairing it once paired it stays solid blue and on phone says connected for phone and audio, on the adapter loom the little bluetooth box goes to pin 31 - Aux L, 32 - Aux R, and Pin 38 - Aux G. which should go to mp3 socket in cup holder so this should take the place...???

The pins you have circled in red are actually these ones, which are the wrong ones.

I think you are looking at the wrong pins. The diagram shows connection pins where I have circled and that appears to be empty.

It's not clear what you have actually bought, it looks like it adds a microphone for you and plays calls via the head unit. But it is not clear whether this adds Bluetooth or simply works alongside the Vauxhall Bluetooth module. One part of the description says it works alongside of it but other parts it supports Bluetooth itself.

I thought you had bought the Vauxhall kit but it looks like you have some other gizmo.

It needs coding into your vehicle by changing the variant coding, otherwise it won't know its there.
Yesterday is done with suitable diagnostic equipment.
