Managed to get a touchscreen radio in my car, had it done by Halfords and cost £360 all together

Yeah looks possible but it's not cheap, the adapter and facia is £150 before even buying the touch screen unit which is about £300-£850 depending what you want

 

Mine is a 2015, I'm not gonna do it my self I just want to know if it can be replaced with like a touchscreen style radio/headunit

 

No offence but if you don't know the model of your car (which by the way is a corsa E) i would advise you from touching your stereo/entertainment system best you take it to someone who can fit one for you

 

What is the year of your Corsa? Because that is definately not a "B"...

It's really easy. Follow the above instructions or get yourself a Haynes manual. I think there's a few YouTube videos kicking around that show you how to do it as well.

You'll also need an ISO adapter for your new head unit. If you just want something that plugs straight in, get yourself a CDR500 CD player head unit from eBay (they're quite cheap).

 

You need two standard radio removal tools that you insert into the holes each side of the radio fascia then the unit just pulls out. Loads of single DIN size radios available second hand via eBay or vehicle dismantles, just make sure you get the radio pin code with it.
