It's a long story. But try to summerize.

I was having engine cut out problem a year ago. I couldn't find what causes that anyway. An electronic guy found a solution but he didn't tell me what the problem was.

For a year my car was awesome. Last week that engine cut out nightmare returned. When i close to a junction or about to stop, when i press clutch engine stalls saying service ESC then cut out completely. Then i start it without any problem. Drive a bit and try to stop with same steps it's again cut out. It's only cut out when engine warms. When the temperature gauge showing 2 dots, engine dies. When it fully warmed problem goes away.

Trick point is engine dying certain temperature only. Today i discovered injector 1 or 2 is leaking air. I think copper washer is bad.

Do u think engine dies because of injector leaking?

Note: 1 year ago it doesn't have any injector leaking.

I have attached the codes ECU throwing.

I would get the egr sorted as this can cause the engine to cut out, looking at the codes its probably seized due to carbon build up, try removing the motor from the top of the egr, this will reveal the valves return spring and pintle, spray some lube in and work the pintle in and out with a screwdriver until its moving freely and snapping closed via its return spring.

Updating the topic

Today car has been full serviced. Oil filter, air filter, pollen filter and oil changed. Injectors washers changed and serviced as well.

Engine cut out is gone for now. However another code appeared. Its P2598. I will attach the repair report from my OBD device. Its freeze frame data.

If anyone knows what causes this error i will appreciate. Is it the solenoid valve or some hose gone?

DTC P2598 Turbocharger Vane Position Performance - Low Position
possibly more issues due to carbon, does the scan tool have a control function---turbo vane position actuator ?
if so move it through the full range a couple of times and check the vacuum actuator rod moves smoothly over the full range.

Unfortunately my scan tool doesn't allow me to do that. Just Google'd in web and found a site in spanish. Guy has Mokka 1.6 CDTI and was getting the same error code. He found that one of the hose which goes to Boost solenoid was broken. I will check it tomorrow. It's already night here

Update.
Apparently there is no cracks or anything in vacuum hoses as far as I check.

Yesterday I removed all 3 hoses from boost solenoid to check if the vacuum is ok. After checking I put back all 3 hoses. Then P2598 code gone and P003A comes in.

After re-learn process done P2598 code came back. Along with P0674 which is Glow Plug #4. I really don't know how I diagnose all the faults. Suddenly car throwing lots of DTCs. How can I check the TC values in diag tool?

Another update.

After some diagnosis, check everything finally i find the fault with P2598. It was Boost Pressure Converter which is failing to hold pressure. So wastegate actuator doesn't move with supplied vacuum.

I took off the solenoid from the car and blow air from vacuum side, the air coming from other pipe. Normally solenoid stays closed so you won't be able to blow air from vacuum side.

I opened the solenoid and adjust it's 2 little springs inside. Then i put back on the car and start the engine. While i read Induction Live Data both Solenoid position and desired solenoid position matched. But that's a temporary solution.

Today I got the new part and installed it. Then bum. No errors so far. And turbo works like a charm.

I will update tomorrow if anything changes.
