Thanks for answer
I found part number on tensioner gasket - 55515025 , can you confirm that this is correct gasket for latest tensioner .
One more question - is it possible to change only - tensioner + gasket and cam cover without timing chain ?
My opel insignia b is on - 105 000 km

Yes that's the one i posted about earlier in the thread

I will go to delar in my country this week .
Latest question before go to my delar ,do it have new revision of sprockets, guides and oil pump chain ?

Hi again, my opel insignia b 1.6 cdti 136 ps now is in opel garage .
They order latest tensioner - 55505562 , but when they check vin of my car they don't see tensioner gasket - 55515025 for it but no problem to order it. You are 100% sure that for latest tensioner - 55505562 must use gasket - 55515025 ?
I hope for fast response

Thanks

The gasket was introduced as a warranty solution on customer complaint for excessive rattle noises from the area of the oil pump chain during engine start.#E191900750: Timing Chain Tensioner - (2020-10-14)
it appears it's to limit the amount of drain back to the sump.

When my delar check number of gasket in their system, they saw this part in peugeot/citroen system, because they have access for it and for opel system. I tell them to order gasket tomorrow.
Is this gasket is special for tensioner revision - 55505562 ?
I want to be sure that all will be ok with my insignia b

On this site you've tagged on to an existing thread for Astra J and on the Astra K site you've tagged on to one for a 1.6 K and it's already been confirmed on there about the gasket and other parts by a different member who's already done the job.
As it happens the gasket special coverage does also apply to the Insignia B (see bulletin pics)
that's the last i'm posting on this for you as i'm getting really bored with repeating myself on various forums.

Did you change everything when you had it apart,
both chains, all guides, modified tensioner and add a tensioner gasket ?

I installed the febi system, and the original gasket under the tensioner, guides. already replaced several chains. it already has a rattle before changing the chain and it remains the same. ?
whats next?
