Never heard of shims before guys ?

Could these have worn causing the noise ??

So there is no adjustment, i just have to replace shims ???

Why give a clearance value if it is fixed/non-adjustable.

I understand what clearance us and why it's required.

What is the exact procedure to measure.

I take u will need to crank engine to turn respective valves to closed position to measure ?

Will get a manual as suggested.

Where would you get a requires shim from though ??

Been googling and can not find anything ???
