Hi guys i have just changed my car and have a new 2021 corsa elite 1.2
My question is when checking through the car setting in the tyre deflation mode when you press the the tyre indicator the car shape comes up and all the tyres are different colours flashes 3 times but no pressure reading no matter what you press , anyone got any ideas please.

via Multimedia Display.. adjust tyre pressure to correct value (31PSI?) then reset TPMS?

Turn On the Ignition without starting engine
Press the Driving / Vehicle Button
Look for Driving Fuctions Menu Tab
Select Under-Inflation Initialisation and select Yes to Reset TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)

That car uses the DDS (deflation detection) system rather than the earlier Vx TPMS
(tyre pressure monitoring)
so there are no actual pressures read and transmitted but rather it has standard rubber valves and senses a deflation due to the signal differences from the ABS sensors.

yeah, defo, those TPMS valves aren't cheap to replace and the battery needs done every 5 year or so?

Did drivers suddenly become unable to check tyre pressures for themselves back in 2014?

on the lorry, our walkround check consists of a kick of the tyres :ROFLMAO:
