Hi I have a 08 zafira B 1.9 deisel and need to source 2 new bolts to replace those that hold the rear caliper carrier to the hub. they have 14mm hex heads

Look for them on eBay - quite a few Vauxhall specialists sell them on there.

or take a trip to your local stealership, they can be fairly good on prices sometimes. Recently bought two huge bolts for the front CV to driveshaft on our Touran and they were just over a fiver each in the dealer and around £8 on eBay so not always the cheapest.

GM part number is 9117770 loads on ebay or look for M12 by 40mm bolts. Genuine have a shoulder washer built in.

Just drill the heads off.
Heating them up till they are really hot will break the bond of the threadlock that should be on them.
A blob of weld from an arc welder will heat them up nicely if you can do that.
