My Zafira has started playing up. Can drive for about 80 miles on the motorway and then it starts cutting out if I drive over about 70 mph. This will keep happening for the rest of the journey. May be happening when take foot of the gas and coast. Will restart if let revs drop to 2.5 k and then dip clutch. Seems absolutely fine when not being driven on the motorway.

Any ideas?

There is a carbon filter in the front wheel arch that recycles the petrol fumes or some other planet saving function. This filter can cause it try losening your fuel filler cap when driving long distance or when the problem occurs and you can hear it sucking air in. Mine was replaced after a smack and it started working fine.
