Yes it will go straight on however it is 10mm narrower than a cav rear beam so your wheels will each sit 5mm further into the arch. No big deal really.

Better unbolting the cav hub/axle thus removing drums altogether. Its held on by 4 nuts onto the beam. Removal is the same on the astra and swap them over as they are essentially the same beam. An hour to do. Just unbolt the bottom of shocker to give better access to the nuts.

tomorrows job then! lol Cheers for that, didn't wanna take it off to find it didnt fit! Just another question, I want koni coilovers, what would I ask for? Cav set up of Astra set up?
