Looks like a boost control solenoid or EGR solenoid or turbo control solenoid.
What's it off and why are you asking?

You could Google the part number that is likely to be on it.

It’s from a Vauxhall signum 1.9 CDT I 150 p HP
I keep getting the service light come on and a slight loss of power I turn the engine off and start again and the light goes out and drives fine for about 5 mile then the light comesAgain and I have a slight loss of power it’s like the turbo doesn’t kick in I was wondering if it was because of this part

Yes its the Turbo boost valve.

Mine is the Vectra C 1.9cdti 150bhp and it is bolted to the bonnet slam panel between the radiator and the engine.

It must be failing as its not allowing boost to build, very little boost on idle boost kicks in when you accelerate, so it must have issues that's why its flagging up.

I thought it might be thanks for your help
I also have a Slight blow on the Flexi pipe of the exhaust would this also contribute to the problem or would that have no affect with the lost of power
Thanks again Much appreciated

Would probably have no affect on the boost, not sure if the 150bhp has a second Lambda sensor after the flexi, this would flag up an error code on the ECU, as the 2nd Lambda is not smelling the same as the 1st because of the gas escape in the flexi
