We have an old model 2014 CDTi LWB Vivaro.

Water is coming in, and collecting above the rear wheel arches, on both sides.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks in advance.

Have you got roof rails, done anything to the bolts if not?
Mine is running with condensation due to no insulation at the moment, could it be that?

Sorry, I should have included more info in my original post...

The van has just had an Austops Pop Top fitted, however, the problem existed before that.

It isn't caused by condensation, as it isn't an issue anywhere else in the van, and it only occurs after it has rained.

The water is clear so I don't think its being thrown up from underneath.

Could it be coming through the panel fixings?

Have you got panels fitted? Is the water running behind or in front of them or just dripping down from the roof? As you say it happened before the pop top was fitted it won't be that so remove panels, get a hose on it and sit inside and watch, also under the wheel arches.
The other thing if you've got a double slider look at where the middle rail is secured to the van.
