Hi, I was hoping someone could possibly help me with an issue I have with vivaro.

It had been running great, with no issues until last week when I lost power and braking got difficult whilst driving.
Diagnostic showed turbo had issue and glow plug light was on. However, on inspection the vaccum pump wasn't operating at the pipe so I bought new one from vauxhall and replaced it. It worked great for 3 miles then went again. This time however, the inside of the pump was completely sheared. Camshaft looks ok and everything else look fine. I did notice the van is slightly low on oil bit there was still oil in the pump when I removed it.

Any ideas what caused this to happen again and why more drastically as the first one wasnt snapped, just a bit sticky on turning.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or help,

Kev
