Can anyone help? My 2011 Vivaro 2.0CDTi has been gradually developing an unpleasant vibration through the bulkhead and pedals when driving in any gear. It does it a bit in neutral but is more noticeable when driving in gears, the peak of the vibration occurs around 2,200rpm. The vehicle has 53,000 miles, full service history and runs OK apart from this. Clutch is new, it's a solid flywheel so this is not a DMF problem. Other parts that can probably be ruled out because they've been replaced recently for other reasons include front wheels and tyres, nearside driveshaft, strut top rubbers and bearings.

I suspect the (lower) rear engine mount is knackered - the rubber looks OK but there seems to be quite a twist in it.I used a pry-bar to lever it around and it seemed like there was about half an inch of movement possible with moderate pressure on the pry-bar. Is it shot? And what's the recommendation for a replacement? GM/Renault original part or aftermarket e.g Lemforder? Thanks!4

Well since nobody responded I thought I'd give an update. I replaced the mount and it fixed the problem. Prying hard on the old mount with my biggest screwdriver made the rubber move within it. Hope this helps someone else in future.
