Hi Peeps,

In desperate need of help van ran out of fuel the other day and cut out so I filled her back up and all was well until yesterday it was struggling to start taking around 20 secs of cracking and now it won't start at all unless I give it a spray of easy start and then cuts out if you let it idle for to long.

TIA

What else did you do to the van when it ran out of fuel?
Did you have the fuel filter off? As it sounds as if there is an air leak somewhere.

That will be a split "O" ring on the bleed valve then?

Sorry just read the message again! Do correct the van was refusing to start before I touch the breather valve at the top of the filter housing?

Replaced o rings on bleed valve and new filter and have tried cracking injector trick to release any any still won't start unless using easy start but the minute you stop revving it cuts out again
