Does the car sound 'right' pull well or is it sluggish any warning lights or codes?

There is your answer. Throw the poly-bushes away & fit genuine, or put up with it!

The bushes you have fitted are probably harder than the originals.
It's not likely to improve.

I have poly bushed most of my cars, poly engine mount inserts and fast road/race engine mounts ALWAYS cause more vibration, it won't go away or get better unfortunately. Unless you were experiencing excessive movement or are using it on track you don't really need them.

Yup, poly bushes are overkill for most road cars. The rear subframe was poly bushed on my last S4, and combined with the H&R coilovers, it was borderline unbearable. Fresh standard bushes every time,.....if they're still available.

just to spec if car is 2012 onwards. gearbox was revised around then to be (slightly) more reliable. The garage should know what they're doing when you put it in.
