1) Pass card/codes is there anything more needed than the radio code and the key code?

2)The car is a 1.9 cdti (red) 150 elite nav diesel.The bottom of the rear bumper has a cut away for a wide exhaust but the exhaust looks standard.Which is wrong the bumper bottom edge or the exhaust?

Is it new? if not sounds like someone has had a bigger backbox on and replaced it for the origional before they sold it.

I wasn't aware that the exhaust was new when I first got the car.I have had the car a few months now so not sure really.
