hey, i av a mk3 1.8 GLSi cavi, standard apart from 60mm lowering springs, back seats removed and no spare wheel. car handles like a dog, is really twitchy esp over 60mph, n feels like its sliding all the time, is a nightmare on corners, is this normal?
also the back end is alot higher than the front for sum reason, dnt think seats n wheel weigh that much so dunno y that is

this might sound daft but are your tyres all good and at the correct pressure

Check the ball joints and ARBs. Might need new wishbones? The rear is usually slightly higher, but if its a lot higher, have a good look at the top mounts.

Suspect worn/unmatched dampers, springs of two high a poundage. Tyres sound like there crud also. After this warn bushes.

Sounds far from ideal.
