Iv just bought a new Vauxhall Viva, I find while driving at 60mph plus you can hear the engine, I contacted my Vauxhall dealer about bonnet insulation but I have been told that Vauxhall do not do this for my model, apart from buying a secondary insulation that is not shaped for my bonnet im at a loss, has any one any ideas if another model bonnet insulation will fit ?.

Highly unlikely.

I'd of though you'd hear the wind more with a little Viva. I did so when driving 70 plus when I had one as a courtesy car for a week. Although for a 1.0 3 pot none turbo engine, it zipped along nicely. A three pot engine does have a certain sound to it, but I didn't find it annoying. I just enjoyed the great fuel consumption it achieved.

I’d be mor concerned about the viva hitting 60+ lol
Surprisingly it had a zippy little engine for a 1.0L 3 pot none turbo, had no issues getting up to speed. Although being a light small car, you could certainly feel the wind when driving on a duel carriageway. No matter how I drove it I couldn't seem to get less than 50mpg from it.
