you can pick it up from the back of the *** lighter.

 

Prity sure the *** lighter or 12v socket as it is on mine is permanent live

 

Yes mate it will just no idea where to try this canbus system took out alot of traditional places to find a source from

 

Anybody know where I can find a switched 12volt feed?

I am having an issue trying this.
Fitted a Bluetooth kit to my dad's 07 plate Vectra.
The red power cable is going into the 'ignition live' but it seems to be permanently live. The cable its connected to currently has blue yellow sheathing on it. What am I doing wrong?

I ended up fitting a piggyback fuse and going straight to the fusebox near passenger door and picked up a switched live.
