Does anyone make aftermarket anti-roll bars for the Omega? I live in East Anglia and don't want to fit stiffer shocks due to the rough road conditions but still would like to get rid of some roll in the corners. My shocks aren't worn out (the bounce test, the car immediately stops as soon you quit bouncing).

Thanks

Hello,

The MV6 has pretty flat cornering characteristics as standard. It may be worth checking if a company like Polybush does a polyurethane bush kit for the Omega, failing that, I am not certain. I would have suggested looking at parts destined for the Monaro, but the front suspension setup is very different, rear is pretty much identical though.

Fitting some new front wishbones, with uprated E32 shape BMW 750i bushes can help alleviate some roll, as they allow the arms to flex a lot less.

Demon tweeks, or a dedicated Vauxhall Performance specialist may yield some results also.

HTH,

James

Thanks, it took me a while to get back on, my computer crashed. I'll check polybush, I tried looking for the Opel Omega but my German isn't even close to good enough for that. I'll also check wishone bushes, I recently replaced both wishbones but the rubber is very soft, (HQ) definitely not a performance piece.

Thanks,
Ryan
