Hope you all are well.

I’ve spotted a leak just now, garages are all closed right so I just wanted to find out before I drive off tomorrow morning..

What’s leaking and is it anything serious?

Has it been raining recently where you are?
That looks like a drain for the scuttle, have a look down through the grille by the wiper arms, you will probably find it's got water in there.
The part you have circled is probably soft rubber, if so give it a squeeze to get rid of any detritus in there, and keep it cleared out in future.
So, no it's not serious, it's normal!

Yes, water can hang about in there for ages, jus get the drains cleared before water starts to get into the car interior.
