Looking for some help pls.
I've got a 53 plate signum 3.0ltr V6 diesel with full leather.
My drivers heated seat switch didn't work so after waiting 3 weeks for a new one from Vauxhall I fitted it today.
All was good, seat heated up switch light up and I was getting nicely heated then the switch light went out??
I opened up both the new and old switch and found the printed circuit on both are burnt out :grrr
Has anyone came across this prob at all?

Also have another problem which is annoying.
My cruise control switches off when ever it feels like it????
Sometimes it works fine other time it'll switch off after a few mins.
Any advise would really be appreciated.

Just guesses really Mate, does the seat have a thermostat on it, to stop the temperature getting too high? Also check wiring for short circuits, maybe chaffed wires?
Cruise control problems are usually caused by weak springs, either on the clutch, or brake pedal.

I'm not sure if seat has a thermostat have you any idea where they would be if fitted? I found the switch burning out and the fuse not blowing really strange.I've a few days off next week and wil check wiring to seat and springs for the cruise control.
