Sorry i am new here and not really much of a clue about cars so hoping for help instead of constantly throwing money at the car and never fixing the fault.
I have a 2013 Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 Ecoflex and am having fault code P1325 - Crankshaft position reluctor wheel performance.
We took the car to the garage who replaced the Camshaft Sensor (didn't fix the fault), then replaced the Crankshaft Sensor (didn't fix the fault), they had all the 4 x pressure sensor glow plugs replaced with new ones (didn't fix the fault), had a new belt and water pump (didn't fix the fault).
We can't afford to keep paying money to keep having the recommendations done for it not to work and nor are we i the position to afford a new car. Its driving me nuts.
Does anymore know what the Reluctor Wheel is and where it is located? Is it something i can buy? Is it a cheap fix? I have asked countless mechanics who keep saying they have never heard of it. One mechanic suggested it could be a pulley but we can't keep spending money for something not to work again. I totally understand mechanics are not miracle workers and its often a guess but this is financially killing us. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause the fault above or have they had the same issue they have managed to resolve?
