I've bought a rather super head unit from Ebay. It's by Veba. It's double din and controls everything from DVD to IPOD. It's great but I have one problem. The Omega has a female radio connection (the right angled flavour) and the unit has the same female connector. I had the same problem years ago and I bought a "bullet" which was a small male-to-male plug. I can;t now find this for sale anywhere - anyone got any ideas?
