Hi folks, was driving along the motorway and suddenly lost power, similar symptoms to split turbo pipe.

Discovered there was a hole in the intercooler, today I replaced it but the problem is still there, checked all pipes and connections, no leaks found.

Previously there were no warnings on the dash, I've used Torque to check for error codes but none logged yet now the Service car soon has appeared,

At a loss?

Torque will not read all Vauxhall error codes. You need something like Opcom or go to a dealer. You'll need to get the codes read before anything else. I'm assuming that when the intercooler pipe was replaced then the codes weren't cleared either?

It was the intercooler I replaced not the pipe, though the pipe was previously replaced by vauxhall.

My point still remains about getting the error codes read and cleared as Torque will not read all Vauxhall codes

Sorted, was blocked DPF, took to local garage, read faults, run a forced regeneration, DPF now at 51% and running fine.
