Hi. Got a 2008 vivaro 2.0l cdti. Runs lovely in 1st 2nd 3rd then when under load especially uphill on motorway it judders violently. It feels like mechanical issue rather than fuel problem. So far ive.
New offside drive shaft
New track rod end
Tried 2 sets of wheels
New genuine maf
New fuel filter
New air filter
Scanned with opcomm and no codes at all.
Disconnected egr (which put engine light on) still disconnected.

Whilst on live data with egr disconnected it shows absolute throttle position as 86.3% on idle and does not move from that.
Its just had mot and nothing except track rod end was picked up.
Starts perfect. Idles perfect and revs perfect.
Problem only occurs when under load in mainly 5th and 6th. 6th being unbelievably bad. 5th quite bad.

Any ideas. Waiting to convert to camper but holding back a bit.

Forgot to add no history with van. So unsure as to clutch change etc but feels very low and quite sharp.
