Hi can any help me with the part number for a exhaust gas temperature sensor please?

Have a fault code P2033 and garage have confirmed today I need a new EGT Sensor

When searching euro car parts it only seems ot be bringing up the oxygen sensors - Bosch Lambda Sensor | Euro Car Parts

Thanks Andy I have put my VIN in and selected the A20DTE but cant find anything for egt, I could well be looking in the wrong place?!?!?! Could you help?

yeah there is afew categories for exhaust i am looking here EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION OPEL INSIGNIA

thats the egr section, look in other exhaust sections

i think its in the manifold, or around that area

Not sure how zap set out their parts cat but generally in the GM EPC the egt sensors are found in the electrical section,either engine or fuel and exhaust,
plus there will likely be position1,2 or even pos 3 sensors,so you'll need to know which one you want

looking in the EXHAUST MANIFOLD, CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND FRONT PIPE OPEL INSIGNIA section and i cant see anything for egt

I ordered part no. 55566185 for sensor 1. Will this same sensor work for position 2 that is underneath the car further along the DPF pipe?
or will I need to get part no. 55591173 instead?

As you can see from my 2020 post part number 55566185 has been superseded along time now,
sensor 1 and 2 are different but as to whether they're correct for your car and engine is anyone's guess,
no car details provided 🤷‍♂️
