I’m starting to think I’ve got a bad connection or faulty module, might need to check the wiring like TommyLT said above

For TommyLT
Checked the wiring Today and here are the results..

Red-earth 12 volts = yes
Brown/green - earth = yes
Brown to earth - continuity = yes
Green - Pin 33 ecu - continuity = yes
White/yellow - 53 isn’t yellow and white at the ecu plug it’s red and white. = no continuity
I tried white/yellow to pin 27 which the wires are white/yellow on ecu plug and no continuity- so unsure what’s going on there, did you make a error on where white/yellow is going to ecu plug?
Actually got round to it today lol ecu plug a pain to get off arhh

If you like or do them in place. One other thing to check, at the top of the fuse box you have that small sort of T shaped plastic cover, take that off and check the nuts that clamp the big fused link if it has one of this type, i have seen it where the nuts loose and causes a bad connection to the glow plug relay.
Checked and all bolts are fine

Have you tried doing an output test with Opcom on the glow plugs to see what readings you get on the test screen.

Can it be done on basic op com? Do I just goto output tests and look for glow plugs setting, what readings am I looking for, are we still thinking the glow plugs are the problem?

You test at the glow plug connector, check each one when you do the output test, you may have to do the test a few times to do all four, see if your getting the correct voltage at each plug.

so run op com and start the glow plug time relay test for each plug ? And see if it’s 12 volts to each one? Multi metre red probe to the glow plug connector and black probe to neg on battery ?
Thanks mate
