Always puzzles me, Blair & Co are getting a right beating at the moment, no-one trusts them, and doesn't believe a word that comes out of their mouths. They've proved to be even more sleazy than the last Conservative government, and generally treat the electorate with as much contempt as is possible. Ministers are sacked... and then promptly given their jobs back! But the polls would have us believe that if an election was called tomorrow, Labour would still get in.

I know some people will say "Not going to vote" but please, if you ABSOLUTELY had to vote, who would you go for?

Ok, picture this. In your area, Labour are in power on the local council, they have right royally screwed up, all the houses are going to be pulled down in your area including where you live. Conservatives or Lib Dems need one extra member in the council to vote against it, one extra vote from a member of the public would have been enough to see a Lib Dem councillor oust a Labour one, therefore overturning the decision to destroy your house.

A bit extreme I know, but you get the idea.

I couldn't very well list every single party, I thought I'd just list those that had a viable chance of winning...... oh dear, I put the Lib Dems in there!

I went completely against my usual political views in the last general election, same as I did in the Euro elections last time too.

I've always had left-of-the-middle views on the way this country should be run. I'm far from a commie, but believe in the welfare state (provided it's not milked by scrounging scumbags (regardless of race or country of origin)) and a good NHS etc.

Blair and his cronies are not a socialist party any more. Then again, nor are the Conservatives. And the lib-dems are so wishy wahsy and pointless, it makes it hard to choose between the three major parties.

Anyway, in the last General Election I voted Conservative. It makes no difference in my consituency anyway, because it's a rural area and the Tory bloke gets in every time. But I did it to try to send a message to Blair et al that one vote less for Labour or Lib-Dem shows how fed up I am.

In the Euro elections I voted UKIP. I can't stand a lot of their policies but I'm not keen on us going full on into the Euro etc. So I thought a vote for them would send another message to Bliar (see what I did there? ;)).

They probably won't listen or take any notice, but it's all I can do.

If there was a general election tomorrow, I'd probably vote Conservative again, even though our MP is one of the bunch of c*nts that are campaigning to get 4x4s off many of the byways on the countryside for no reason other than the ramblers and horse riders don't like them.....

Should have put BNP up there then, they could win in my area at least, not saying I would vote for them though.

They're all a bunch of lying scroungebags. I think in the next one I'll be defacing the ballot card as it has to go through a different system and gets that much more attention. Not that it'll do much good but hey what can you do?
