Ok i know it can be done with some kind of filters or something??

Basically i have a new H/U that dont have any line outs but i want to use the rear speaker outs to power the amp/sub!

For the life of me i cant remember what the 'filters' are called????

I know Andy M bought some for his Veccy but i cant get hold of him

U not have high-signal inputs on your amp? I have those as well as the RCAs for exactly that reason, using speaker outputs into the amp. :Cool2:

Can't think of the filter names, see if u can find the thread AndyM wrote...

As above. I originally wanted to use a stanard Vaux Cd player headunit (so no RCAs) but couldn't get hold of the radio code for it with the intention of using the high level input on my amp and the rear speaker wires

I think it's called a high level line convertor, turn normal rear speaker wires to have RCA outputs. Although it's usually the better option to get a better head unit that comes with RCA outputs

edit: if you were american you could buy this, although you're gonna want an english supplier
