Hi. I have a 2010 vauxhall insignia 2.0 diesel. Recently the car lost power and is flat as a fart. Won't go up hills Won't rev above 3000rpm Won't go much above 60. I can't hear the turbo and I've no warning lights apart from service vehicle soon. There's also soot around the heat Shields for the dpf and turbo.
I presumed I may have had a blocked dpf so I took it to my mates to see if there's any codes and to do a forced regen as thr soot as lead me to believe that the dpf may be blocked.
We couldn't get it to do a regen as there are dtc codes present.
The codes have left me a bit baffled and I don't really know where to start looking.
The codes are:
P053B positive crankcase heater control circuit low voltage
P245C EGR cooler bypass solenoid circuit low voltage short to ground
P0031 HS02 heater control circuit low voltage sensor 1
P0047 turbocharger boost control solenoid control circuit low voltage
P2009 Intake manifold runner control valve control circuit low voltage.
Can anyone shed some light on these or have come across these before.
