Hi could any 1 help me as i dnt no which way to turn! ive got an astra gsi mk3 with heating problems it doesnt work on any setting, ive just fitted a brand new heater control unit and a brand new heater resister and still no heatin.. on the resister there ar 4 terminals for the wires to attache 2 but i dnt no which wire goes to which any1 no???? any help would be great.

Cannot help you with the wiring, but it could be something as simple as the heater matrix is blocked. Reversing the pipes for a couple of days and flushing the system out could be the way forward.

cheers il try that an see, does any 1 else av any ideas?? maybe u av ad the same prob an discoverd how to fix it as i would be very greatfull for any help.

is the fan blowing on any setting?, or is it only blowing but only cold air?

I think on your model the heater switch on No 4 position is 12v feed and only 1,2 & 3 go through the resister, have you checked the fuse's

fuses seem to be fine wot else could it be ur is it gna be an expensive trip to auto electrics?
