Lamda sensor changed
Oil & filter change
Plugs checked ok
Added petrol treatment
EGR cleaned
Car is fitted with induction kit and big bore exhaust
Still failing emisions test
Any help would be appreciated

Could I suggest a more helpful thread title?

If the service regime is up to date, I would go with whitebullet and suggest getting the cat checked.
