So, having come to the conclusion that it was more cost effective to sell this http://www.vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk/index.php?threads/matts-m2r-140-mx-supermoto-sold.420918/ and simply buy a better specced bike than to try to spec mine up, that's what I did.

Sold mine for £595 and paid £850 for this :)

The benefits are

Better frame
160cc engine with recent rebuild (stronger crank etc)
It's had all bolts replaced with not chinese toot.
Mikuni carb
Mag wheels
PMT blackfire tyres
Fully adjustable front forks
DNM fully adjustable rear damper
Mag wheels

would have cost me around a grand to get mine up to this spec but doing it this way cost me just £255.

Had my first session on it last night and it's quality. Very confidence inspiring. Maybe a bit too much so as I crashed it twice (rider error - got cocky) but neither me nor bike damaged :)

Only criticism is the brakes are rubbish as are the standard chinese caliper. Disc is large though so will be putting my YZF-R125 Brembo caliper and master cylinder on that i've already got in stock with RBF600 fluid and SBS carbon pads which should sort that right out!

@Two.vaux as the old thread was locked so I can't reply, here is the new one :)

It's been used a fair bit since buying it. Only thing it still needs is the brake upgrade which I have the parts for in the garage.
