I have to change my manifold gasket so I reckon new bolts might be a good Idea.

I don't seen to be able to find anyone other than Opel who can supply them though!

Are they strictly GM?

i have always got the manifold bolts from the local car parts places. but best going to the manufacturer, except the last time i went they told me it would take 3 weeks to get them and when they came..... not as i asked, i have found this to happen alot.

Do you mean the manifolf to downpipe bolts or the manifold to cylinder head studs and nuts?

The studs and nuts are cheap and easy from VX - getting the old ones out can be a bit more tricky!

My local VX dealer couldn't supply the manifold to downpipe bolts unless I bought a bag of 20 or so. Be carful with substitute bolts as they will shear if only a mil too long. (As I found out!)
