Hi Mate,
I popped off a back cover for the box and to me it looks kind of solid. Didn't have any metal pieces or any other sh.. Only this magnet thing was a little bit with metal.
Bearings looks fine to me.
Is there anything else I should check while the cover is off the box?

I took some photos, what do you think?
Can't tell too much from those pictures but those endcase bearings look OK. Going by the swarf on the magnet I'd expect there to be a fair amount of wear somewhere. Most likey the pinion bearings at the opposite end of those ones pictured.

Have a look at our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/M32Guy. You'll see a good few pictures of various faults and worn out bearings with some brief descriptions. If your still not sure then put some more close up pictures similar to the ones we've got and I'll see if I can get a better idea for you.

how to check them bearings?
Also on my current box, 3rd and 4th gear are whining. I'm reading that typical symptoms are 6th, 5th, 1st or gear stick movement, I have none of these. Could fresh Fuchs titanium oil help to reduce whine or it is already damaged?

You will need to remove the 3 gear shafts completely to check the lower bearings. I would expect the whine in 3rd and 4th is caused by wear to the lower bearing on that shaft. It's the one to be left on your last picture above. Changing the oil won't cure the noise, the bearings must be changed.

I suspect with the amount of swarf on your replacement gearbox at least one of the lower bearings is in need of replacing. I'll go grab a picture for you.

Edit - these are taken from our Facebook page. I'll link the post too as there's a good description attached to the photos so you can understand a bit better. M32Guy Facebook Post

Unfortunately we don't deal with automatic gearboxes @Astra mate, that's a specialist subject in itself
