Yes.
On ADSL, sometimes reseting your router or modem will change your IP. Not sure if this works on cable.

Another way is to use a "tunnel" and browse the net through a "proxy server". Try www.your-freedom.net.

I'm too tired to talk u through it now, but come on MSN tomorrow and I'll talk ya through it! ;)

Yeah that proxy server thing worked ace last time, i use NTL and the ip never changes, but if you use a router of a different MAC address it assigns a different IP

A quick search on google for 'anonymous proxy' will let you surf through someone else's site, hence showing their address to any site you surf to
