I have 2016 insignia, I have been to several mechanics and no one has found the problem. The fault code appears on different scanners is P2598- Turbocharger Boost control Position Sensor “A” performance Low. I have already change the turbo and solenoid but still the same fault code. Check all the pipes but no luck. Could someone help me with this Please.

Hello Everyone, Seems like P2598 is very common,
I also have the same code randomly on highway. I switch off and turn on the car then it goes away and comes again randomly.
The error code reads as P2598.
What i have done for the diagnosis:
1: Checked Turbo actuator by applying manually vaccum. (Holds the vacumm and actuates)
2: Checked Turbo solinoid works fine.
3: Checked Egr valve and solinoid works fine.
4: checked the vacumm from the vehicle when running it holds the vaccum and actuater seems to be in closed position. any help would be highly appriciated.
