Insignia 2015 1.6 CDTI P0401 error!

I keep getting a P0401 error

I had the EGR replaced in June, error went away for 3 weeks, then came back...
I'd clear the error, 2 or 3 days later, it would come back....I kept clearing it, waiting for mechanics to come up with a solution, until I was told the EGR needed replacing again!
I got it replaced but the error has come back again, the error, coincidentally, has started happening over between 5-7 days since the weather has started to get cooler! This is driving me up the wall and would appreciate any help!?!?!?!

I cleaned my egr etc a week back.

I agree it’s probably the egr cooler.

If you pull the throttle body off (need to for access anyway) and look at the rear. That pipe is the return from the egr cooler. Clean the exit from the pipe carefully so not to push anything back in) mine was 50% blocked.

Clean the map sensor also. It’s on the top of engine.
