Can someone help identify what this sensor is please.

I was filling up my washer bottle and the cap dropped down near this sensor, when i reached down to get it i noted this sensor was really loose, it moves in and out of the socket but cannot turn much as it has a small lug preventing it from turning. The green cap on it comes off and reveals what looks like a little valve/nipple
Should it be so loose?
Its on the right hand side of the engine casing looking down on it. It has a sticker with some numbers on i cant read them all but it starts f55...
I have a 2016 Astra K 1.4 (150) Turbo.

Thanks for any help.

Its part of the clutch concentric slave cylinder. They are often loose as you describe and as long as your clutch is working dont worry about it. Your right about it bring a bleed nipple. This is how the clutch is bled.

Is it loose by design or has it just come loose? And is it anything to do with the gear change indicator on the small screen between the clocks?
