What happened to the good old manual handbrake , pull up /on , release down / off.

tried a few times mate and nothing at all,at first i thought maybe the switch was dodgy

yep, i should have gone for the 09 plate, it has manual handbrake lol

checked underneath the car to see if any obvious fault, none that i can see. tried ignition on, press button, lift button etc, still nothing ( just noticed no light on button ) checked fuse 27 which is 30 amp ) thats fine, thought possibly problem with the switch, so i have changed that and still the same. took a few photos from opcom today, maybe someone can understand them, but i cant lol, also a video showing message and lights on dash. link to video which is on you tube service parking brake warnings - YouTube
