where could i get just the one on its own as the subframe bolt that also holds the wishbone on the drivers side looks like its bending :eh

looks like subframe has come away alittle too

thats what ive found causing the knocking noise

i replaced both wishbones and i torqued the bolts up to what it said in haynes manual and done the angle tightening also

had a feeling id have trouble with the drivers side, my last cav ripped the thread from the hole on the same side when i done that things wishbones :grrr

Mine has gone the same way - lift the carpet on the drivers side and chip away at the soundproofing in the general area. I've been told theres a slot - under the slot (you'll have to cut the footwell) is the captivated nut.
