Glow plug relay

right as this works now...

i have an 03 vivaro 1.9.. the deisel light came on so plugged it in to identify.. faults where:- glow plug relay short curcuit, glow plugs and boost solenoid.. Check the glows plugs all fine... checked the feed from relay and its putting out 10.56 volts with the ignition off and 12.56 for a second (ish) when the ignition is on..
I have changed the relay and still the same.. If someone could measure the voltage to the glows plugs on there's to advise that would be great or someone who knows and could advise would also be great?

other than that she still runs and drives fine and i use it everyday..
